Charles J Baughman

Charles, a licensed and practicing Realtor for eight years in the valley, recently joined Valery Neuman’s Real Estate team. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, a graduate of De Paul University and former resident of Seattle, WA, Charles has over 30 years of professional sales and management experience in creating mutual benefit and satisfaction for his clients. A recipient of multiple sales and marketing awards, he has utilized his work ethic and values to bring clients together for successfully achieving their goals and to give his clients the best experience in their real estate transaction. Charles has always looked to volunteer his time and services to business and private enterprises for the betterment of the community. He has served all chairs of business development organizations in Chicago and Seattle. Served all chairs of his HOA, donated gallons of blood to the Red Cross, time to Childhaven of Seattle, sponsored a child through Worldvison and helped to develop a before and after school child care program for the Issaquah School District in Washington State. Charles has two daughters, one in Seattle and one in New York . An avid outdoor type, he enjoys tennis, hiking, biking, skiing and golf.
