Todd Banks

A native Californian, Todd brings with him a wealth of diverse experience and expertise to the team. Graduating with a BA in Business Management from San Diego State University, Todd has been a licensed Realtor for over 25 years. During that time, he served in mostly management positions where he interacted with buyers and sellers. He was the General Manager for Dyson and Dyson Real Estate for over 10 years, serving the Coachella Valley, Las Vegas and San Diego markets. He worked in Administrative Services and as the Referral Services Coordinator for Windermere Real Estate Coachella Valley and was a manager for HOM Sotheby’s International Realty in the Coachella Valley. He later went on to work for HK Lane Christies International Real Estate where he managed the La Quinta and Lake Arrowhead offices for over 7 years. His extensive work in real estate over the years means he has a keen understanding of what works for clients, and what doesn’t. But more than that, Todd is deeply committed to putting clients first and believes that exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of any successful business. Todd enjoys playing golf and is a big supporter of the Coachella Valley Firebirds AHL hockey team.
